Current Florida Legal Tint Limits (2026 Standards – Florida Statutes §§ 316.2951–316.2957)
For Passenger Vehicles (e.g., Sedans, Coupes):
- Windshield: Non-reflective tint allowed only above the AS-1 line (top ~5-6 inches); no encroachment on driver's view.
- Front Side Windows: Minimum 28% VLT.
- Back Side Windows & Rear Window: Minimum 15% VLT.
For Multipurpose Vehicles (e.g., SUVs, Vans, Trucks):
- Windshield: Same as above.
- Front Side Windows: Minimum 28% VLT.
- Back Side Windows & Rear Window: Minimum 6% VLT (if compliant with other rules).
Additional Requirements:
- Reflectivity: Front side ≤25%; rear/back ≤35%.
- Colors: No red, amber, blue, or colors impairing visibility.
- Side Mirrors: Dual required if rear window tinted.
- Compliance Sticker: Required on driver's door jamb.
- Medical Exemptions: Available for qualifying conditions (e.g., lupus) with physician certification and state approval.

By booking an appointment with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Appointment Booking and Confirmation
- All appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.
- A confirmed appointment is a binding agreement between you and TINT MASTERS™ of Boynton Beach.
- We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel any appointment if necessary, with reasonable notice whenever possible.
2. No-Show and Missed Appointment Policy
- No refunds will be issued for missed, canceled, or rescheduled appointments that are the responsibility of the customer or weather related("God Act").
- If you fail to appear for your scheduled appointment (no-show), or if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will forfeit any deposit/monetary paid and may be charged a missed appointment fee of up to 100% of the service cost.
- Repeated no-shows may result in the suspension of your ability to book future appointments without a non-refundable deposit.
3. Weather-Related Cancellations and Delays
- Window tinting and many of our services are subject to weather conditions. Installation requires suitable temperature, humidity levels, and dry conditions.
- If weather conditions (including but not limited to rain, high humidity, extreme heat, storms, or high winds) make it unsafe or unsuitable to perform the service on the scheduled day, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment.
- No refunds will be issued for appointments canceled or rescheduled due to weather-related issues.
- We will make every reasonable effort to contact you as soon as possible to reschedule at a mutually convenient time.
- Customers are responsible for monitoring weather forecasts and understanding that tinting services are weather-dependent.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- It is your responsibility to ensure your vehicle is available and accessible at the scheduled appointment time.
- Your vehicle must be reasonably clean (free of excessive dirt, mud, or debris) to allow proper installation.
- You must provide accurate contact information and respond promptly to any communications regarding your appointment.
5. Rescheduling Policy
- Rescheduling with at least 24 hours notice is generally permitted without penalty, subject to availability.
- Last-minute rescheduling (less than 24 hours) will be treated as a missed appointment and may incur the missed appointment fee.
6. Deposits and Payments
- Some services may require a non-refundable full payment to secure your appointment.
- No refunds will be issued for appointments canceled or rescheduled due to weather-related issues.
- We will make every reasonable effort to contact you as soon as possible to reschedule at a mutually convenient time.
- Customers are responsible for monitoring weather forecasts and understanding that tinting services are weather-dependent.
- Deposits are applied toward the final service cost but are non-refundable in the event of a no-show or late cancellation by the customer.
- All payments are final once appointment is booked.
7. General Provisions
- These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without prior notice. The version posted on our website at the time of booking will apply.
- By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
- Any disputes arising from these terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
